I really like the staff here. Very friendly and they really take time to get to know their customers. When I first went in here it was with my boyfriend and he actually swore at an employee there and stormed out of the store out of frustration he had about a TV situation. He showed back up a week later still needing a TV and the guy remembered who he was but didn't hold it against him. Now they laugh and crack jokes every time he goes in to pay his bill and he let's us know when really good deals are going on. I'd recommend this place, very happy environment and nice furniture.

Everyone that I have dealt with at Rent a Center located 1109 Del Prado Blvd Unit 1, Cape Coral, Fl 33990, has been excellent and very helpful, from the person answering the phone to the delivery people. My full size freezer was not working correctly and I needed somewhere to store my frozen foods until the repair man could get all the parts and repair it. It is now fixed and I called to schedule the pick up of the chest freezer and they scheduled it for Friday. Thanks everyone for all the help. Mary Pridemore, Cape Coral, Fl.

I have used the store in north fort Myers before and swapped to the cape store where Dale and his team is after some issues w north fort Myers store. I absolutely love dale and his team. Always helpful always have what I want in stock and never have an issue with anything! If so. He fixes it asap.. won’t go any where else.

After dealing with pookie Ron Ron your store should have a 10 plus rating. When I arrived at the store letting pookie know my name and what I was looking for Ronney the manager had let me know my options Ronney or also known as pookie Ron Ron gave me amazing customer service. He told me how he only lets his close family members and friends call him pookie Ron Ron and honestly I can see why with the outstanding service he provided. Thank you so much pookie you’re the best !
